Appropriate for beginners and individuals who have bound before, learn fun techniques to embellish and take your binding to the next level. Celtic Knot Illustration Workshop

A design element found around the world, knotwork is fascinating to view and meditative to create. Focusing on the knotwork of Celtic origin, learn to draw some basic knots step-by-step and then design your own with guidance from the instructor! A pencil and paper are all you need to get started, and you can add whatever media you want for color!

Illuminated Watercolor Workshop 10-13 years

This mixed media painting workshop will combine drawing, watercolor techniques, paper piercing, 3D collage, and illumination. Students will be guided through the techniques, while the subject matter will be individually directed.

Design and apply your own candle wraps themed on the elements fire, ice, earth, and water, then decorate your own keepsake box to house memories from the past year.

Tarot Portrait Workshop 10-13 years

Using acrylic paint and collage techniques, create a one-of-a-kind tarot card portrait of yourself, a family member, friend, or favorite character.
This class will introduce various tips on drawing a portrait, understanding composition, and working with various materials.

Worcester Center for Crafts
Fri, 4–6 pm, 2/22–4/3
Learn to take boring old clothes and breathe fresh life into them. We will cover some basics, like how to shorten and bring in clothes as well as get into the fun stuff with printing, bleaching, patching, and embroidery.
